TECHNICAL CAPACITY: METALLIC STRUCTURES AND BOILING WORKS:

The capacity of our technical department allows TALLERES VACA S.A to carry out the full development of the projects to be executed, from the budgets to the complete temination of the work, including the design and calculations, the development engineering, the drafting of plans and the adoption of the most suitable methods for the manufacture and assembly, depending on the characteristics of the work, and executing the structures, manufacture or deposits, in coordination with the project management of the work and following the guidelines of the final project.

For this purpose, our Technical Department has qualified engineers and highly experienced technicians, as well as comprehensive computer backup in both communications and calculation and design software, with applications such as CYPE, Tekla, Solidwork and AutoCad.

METALLIC STRUCTURES:

Specializing in industrial and civil metallic structures, with wide-ranging experience in residential buildings, industrial premises, farm buildings, warehouses, sport centers, offices, stations, petrol stations and bridges, among others, our technical department will offer you advice on the type of product in keeping with your needs and will propose the tailor-made solution for you which best suits your project.

BOILING WORKS:

Our broad experience allows us to offer you the design, development and manufacture of:

Stainless steel and carbon steel deposits of all capacities for storage.
Stainless steel deposits with cooling jackets for the controlled fermentation of wines.
Piping network.
Manufacturing and assembly of piping installations made of stainless steel and carbon steel for water and food products.
Boiling works in general.
The whole manufacturing and assembly process is subject to the fultilment of the different procedures we have for quality assurance, in accordance with regulation ISO 9001:2008 certified by the SGS

Within the quality framework, the Management Board of TALLERES VACA S.A has established objectives and goals as the basis for its system for the management of its activities for the "design, development and production of metallic structures and boiler works", ensuring that it is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization supporting the strategic direction, and appropriate to its processes, nature and magnitude.
